Suggestion? Microsoft Word & Graphic

I have been taking online computer courses. Because I have macular degeneration it is hard for me to read print as small as 10 which is the way most courses are formated. What I do is copy, paste on word then change the font. Because graphics weren't showing up from the course by copying, I purchased "Print Screen Deluxe". With it I could copy the graphics (one at a time) then click on Print Screen, copy and then paste in the appropreate box on word. For some reason in playiing around the graphics started showing up just by copying from the course and pasting on word. My computer crashed a week ago and I had to go back three years to original settings. Everything has been updated again but now I can't get the graphics by copying and pasting on word. By using my print screen program I can still get them but with a photo editing course it is unhandy and takes time. Anyone have a solutions?
