C. Ursuline x ?

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

this is the first one to open for me. It's turned cream colored. I wasn't going to keep it, but the flower size is too much to pass up. It's less than 8" from top of calyx to bottom of flower. could you imagine a pink or peach this size?? will be working with it. The leaves are serrated and very thick and velvety.

tiG - nice! I think it's worth saving. Monika's picture of Ursaline was a beauty. Even some of the whites it produces might be keepers.

this is the first one to bloom. I love the leaves on all of them!!! something to work with, if I have room left:)

Looks like a keeper to me as well. That is beautiful.
Any throw-aways you have; just throw them my way....hehe would be more than willing to plant them in my yard. Just don't tell my dh. If he doesn't see me plant it,he won't know.

TiG, its a beauty too, I love the shapes of these. I have a couple more that are shaped similar--French Vanilla which should open again today so I can get another picture(don't ask what I did to my photo files, one day I'll learn to leave things alone) and Kells Girly Girl, which has a lovely shape and is pure white. Look at the tendrils on this one.
