New MSN software to remove spam

Western, PA(Zone 6a)

Next month Microsoft will be shipping new software to detect filthy words, the identity of spam senders, and other tricks to ferret out the junk, and send it to trash.

James Coates of the Chicago Tribune recently had a preview of this new spam filtering built into the software. He states, "It does a superb job of filtering out the trash you dislike".

It appears the new software is for the MSN Internet service only. I am in hopes of one for Hotmail, which is really antiquated. Hotmail at one time was my main mail route. Today, after filtering out all the spam Hotmail allows (very limited filtering), the spam is pouring in at a hugh increase.

But what I should do is slowly inform those I want to continue email with, to use one of my other less 'spammed' sources.

Also will there be a cost for this new service software?
