After more than a year I have a decent sized plant and buds. Has anyone put this type into dormancy? Last winter in the GH it was murder trying to keep aphids off it so it got a haircut yesterday. Can it be treated like the other dormant plants? Arlene - in doing a search I see that you have rooted cuttings. Any special tricks?

Liz, nothing eric didn't talk about. the green ones you just have to watch the water on. recently i rooted a few fat ones in water, when i was on overload and doing mailings for eric. i rooted a few over the winter and left them outside all winter, covered them with a flannel shirt when it went into the 20s, then lost a few i started in the spring, didn't adjust the water i think.
