It is amazing how beautiful the final flush of flowers are each year. I am trying to photograph as many as I can this week--next week will be laid up--having back surgery. 6 weeks of no lifting. Yiks!!!! So much to do before then-cuttings and I am having to let them bloom and then cut back. If I already have photographs, I am cutting them back with buds on them. It hurts to even think about but have to do it or time will sneak up on me.
Thanks for all the kind remarks about the photos--I almost enjoy taking the pictures as much as growing the brugs.
Barb, I hope your surgery goes very well. My friend Renee is having surgery next week, on the 17th. Been there, done that, and don't want to go there again. Your picture of Whiskers is great. This is one of my favorites. Good luck next week and hope you can let us know how you are doing.
