Hey, that's Strawberry Begonia :D I have it growing on my windowsill. Neat and pretty plant. Is that used for ear-ache?

Inhabited in damp areas, this hardy perrennial herb grows stems of 3 -- 4 inches high with fine hair -- one stem with one tiger-ear-like leave.it blossoms little light red flowers in summer.chinese country folks, since old times, have used it to cure the inflammation of ears.countless experiences prove the healing effect is fantastic.

Evert,
It is only used to cure the inflammation of ears, not to cure ear-ache.using herbs for medicinal purpose must be careful, though herbs do do wonders in curing some weired and peculiar diseases.
MavieRose, thanks for the praise of the neat plant,):
Here in my region some good gardeners for curity like to have the plant growing in water container.they place it on the table of the sitting room for decorating.
