I don't know what has happened to my pretty JAM buds! Only one has opened so far, and it looked "normal". Now ALL of the others look like this!! There are NO bugs and the rest of the plant looks great. So why would all my buds now be so deformed?? Ihave none that look like tis on any other plants.
Some of the buds on mine have been deformed. I think the problem is mites - they're just too tiny to see.
Oh my - The dreadded Cyclemaon mites??
It could be - I know I've had a terrible time with them. I hope it's not so bad next year!
Thank goodness this one is isolated in the front yard away from my "Brug Bed". Now if I can just find the right antidote. The leaves and everything else looks fine.
I wonder if it might be weather? Has it gotten very cold there yet?
No - still in the high 80's every day.
