Rothkirck's siblings

Hamilton, Canada

I know Rosabelle, Rosamond and Butterfly are offsprings of Roth, what about Pink Beauty, and Adora and are there any others. I wanted to update my notes along with the hybridizer.

Adora is a Flamenco cross, Pink Beauty and Butterfly belongs to the R- family, breeder of all is Mme Blin.

No I don't have all of them Hibiscus...they are real beauties though.

There have been so many posts of pinks both new hybrids crosses of Erics and other pinks that they are becoming confusing to me. So what I started doing is going back over all of the posts and putting them in order according the Parents or crosses, hybridizer and # indentification. Now I'm going through the threads to where Monika has identified some of the many pinks that are out there to put a pic with its correct name where possible.

I'm going to do this with all of the yellows, the oranges have been much easier to do.

Next I'll sort out if they're versi, insignic, multihubrids etc. Its the only way that I can learn to distinguish them and their characteristics.

I've had yellows, peach for 3 years. Now I'm going for these beauties!

Sounds like a good strategy Hibiscus. :-)

I have Frosty Pink blooming now. A new hybrid of Eric's just opened today. Its an Isabella cross. Starts out really yellow, turned white this evening. its flower resembles a versicolor. It has the most unusual fragrance, very sweet, fruity almost candy-like without being overpowering. Another one with 6 tendrils...Maybe it will change color tomorrow, who knows.

Wishing you the best!

Thanks Hibiscus
