San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

WOW, that one is sure flouncy!!!
Is that Jamaican yellow or a hybrid from it?
I can see it in dark pink!!

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Lol Kell - You'll have to get that answer from Arlene! It has a delicate fragrance too - I knew it was special, everybody wants it!!

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

well I hope they are not asking you for it.........that would go against our new etiquette!! we are supposed to compliment it like crazy, hope you are not dense and wait for you to offer!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Very pretty.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

PJ, you took some pretty pics, i am so glad you are getting blooms. i don't remember it being that pretty in my yard. my other one hasn't bloomed lately....i am a partial brug failure this year.
ms kell, sometimes you just have to ask... but i know you...... you don't do sase.....you send tons of stuff!!!! where people will always be indebted to you.... and that's a good way too!!!!!

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Arlene, you got that right!! I was potting plants for days after. BTW,Esmerelda is doing great!!
Azalea, I like Jamaican(or is it Jamaica)Yellow. That wasn't a hint, I have one, lol.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Great picture PJ. I thought I had one of these, but my color ends up gold. I don't remember where I got it, but sure doesn't look like this one. Very pretty and I like the soft color.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

very pretty!

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Gorgeous!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

is this one you brought home from arlenes?? I can't believe mine hasn't bloomed this year!

lagrange, GA(Zone 7a)

For Arlene and tiG can't it be for grc also. It is such a nice picture.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

you weren't supposed to look at this!!!!

Lovely. Mine didn't flower an awful lot this year for some reason. But it set seeds but they are quite tiny and dark brown. Not sure they will be viable.

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Yep - from Arlenes - this is the first flower on it.

lagrange, GA(Zone 7a)

Lol tiG

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

PJ, it is beautiful. I love how pale the color is.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

True Jamaica yellow should almost be a limey yellow color..greenish type flowers that end up yellow. But no gold. Brugie I have some of these started at work(JY) that has the greenish flowers.
:-)

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

So it's Jamaica not Jamaican Yellow??

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

azalea, to be proper english it would need to be jamaican, right?

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Well I thought so - but Kyle ought to know!! LOL - Now we have a debate going!! τΏτ

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

people spell jean pasco like this pasko.... in florida we have pasco county, so i just spell it like i'm used to. and i still call them B-rugs....rhyming with rug... will never break that habit, even though i say i wrong... spent 1 1/2 years pronouncing it that way before i heard someone say it different.
the important thing is the look and smell and you sure did good with the camera there! how is BD doing?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

How do I get myself into these things......call it either and be correct. THERE!!LOL

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

arlene, who says brewgmansia is more correct though?

Jonesboro, GA(Zone 7b)

Thanks Arlene - I think it's real pretty too! BD is getting several buds now too - it has just developed a tiny Y, only about 2" long. I was afraid it was in too much shade to do anything. Oh - Pink Floyd has a couple of buds now too! And Cypress Gardens will bloom in a few days. There are 3 pretty blooms on Rosea and I thought I was going to get a bloom on my little Milk & Honey from Gloria, but today the big bud was on the ground, a stick fell out of a tree and was on top of it. That "expensive " VG White is full of little buds too - they are all loving all the rain we had. Poor Isabella had a hard time with the storm tho, looks like a hurricane hit it!! So full of blooms but leaning in several directons. So, that's the up-date on your babies!!
