Who belongs to these brugs?

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

I would like knowing who is the hybridizer.
Thanks (o:

Jessie Noel
Ollie
Golden Lady
Old Glory .. ..Gloria, I know!
Whiskers
Becca Lynn
Ocre
versa Alba

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Jessie Noel and Becca Lynn are also from Gloria. I think Whiskers too.

As far as I know, LBJ provided the seeds and Gloria grew the seeds and then named Jessie Noel, Ollie, Whiskers, Becca Lynn and Old Glory.

Ocre is a natural hybrid.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Golden Lady is a hybrid of Mme Neu.

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Ocre and versicolor alba are wild forms..no hybridizer.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

what about Ecuador Pink

Alice,
Jessie Noel, Old Glory,Becca Lynn are mine

Ollie and Whiskers are seeds I received from LBJ.

Sorry about that Gloria. Glad you corrected this.

Hillsboro, OH(Zone 6a)

I have found all this information very interesting. I am happy to have a couple of these. I am curious to know if you all think it would be a good idea or not worthwhile to have the hybridizer's name on the info page of the entries in the data base? What about the parents of the crosses?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

Badseed I think both would be in order..... :-)

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

I like knowing these things and have made several attempts at this sort of knowledge here.
Thanks to all who posted here. I appreciate Kyle's info thread much.
If you haven't read ..check it out!

Any others with good info ..keep it coming!!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Abutilon, Maya seems to be a branch mutation of Kurpark Bad Salzschlirf (KBS). I have another mutation of KBS (Grazie)and cross pollinated all together (about 20 flowers). Non of them has set a pod.

monika, will a branch mutation ,removed and growing on its own, breed to its original mother plant?

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

CC..I think she just answered that in the post just above yours.......she tried 20 flowers to get a cross between all 3 plants (2 were sports from the same plant) and none took. :-)

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Opps ,I thought she was saying she crossed the 2 mutations....

Coal Center, PA(Zone 6a)

I have 2 pods on Maya x Creamsickle.I am curious to see what comes of this.
If even these seeds will grow. Even the pods are striped. HA

Has anyone ever crossed two variegates successfully to produce viable seed?

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

I tried, sent seed to various people, nothing germinated.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I'm so glad someone is trying that cross, that and creamsickle x maya or PC are one of the crosses I wanted to make if I ever get blooms on them.....

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Thanks for the info. I new a few from talking with Glory.
