why don't we ask Monika, Eclipse, Ludger, Liz and/or Jean and Snowhermit to work out the details, present them, and then be our first officers OR nominate officers for the first year or two.

I think Snow is an excellent choice for US and may have the time, she certainly uses her brain and is very level headed.

I agree, reason being, these people know what has gone on with other assc before, they know the troubles hybridizers run into, they sell (for the most part), and can see it from that end too.
