Another poor connection rate problem

Hi
I just read Brugie's problem and her solution, but my problem deals with instructions from my server that are just too involved to go into here on the forum. Instructions have to do with deleting global.org and compveer.bin file.
If anyone could take the time to mail me direct, sure would appreciate it, 'cause I'm sure not getting any help from my ISP.
