Remember the printer that only printed blue? someone, probably you GW suggested I clean the nozzle heads. Well here is the situation to date. Upon trying to reinstall my printer we found that the lead has a loose connection. After waggling it a bit we finally got the status monitor 3 to work properly. All cartridges have been replaced and are brand new. The computer recognisees the cartridges, who made them what colours they are, and we thought great we had cracked it. We then did the nozzle check and printed to see the result. But nothing came out. We repeated this procedure continually for 20 mins and no ink at any time came onto paper. So from having a printer that only printed blue we now have a printer that prints nothing at all. Any clues anyone?
