daily support Sept 27

Bolton, Greater Manc, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

Hello everyone hope you are feeling good today. I was speaking to a friend of mine just back from Zambia today and it got me thinking about friendship/ relationships and the strength and support that we gain from them. This forum is just such an example, as we have all motivated each other in our desire to lose weight. How many of us though get the support we need from our family and friends when trying to lose weight? Organising yourself is all very well but is not much help when your other half or friends are continually eating all the 'bad' foods right under your nose. what do you do? try to educate them? get them to realise how hard this is for you and that they should try to be alittle more sensitive? join in with you. Maybe try to get them to think about what they are doing. A little support can go along way. Richard, my husband takes things to extremes. whenever I have something that I shouldnt be eating he asks if I should be eating it, though he will go in the kitchen when he is eating supper. He also never brings me chocolates or sweet things, though I think that has nothing to do with being supportive and more to do with being mean :) what support do you get from those around you?

Hope you are ok woodspirit. we are here if you need us.
