Grazie variegata

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Grazie is a branch mutation of Kurpark Bad Salzschlirf. Grazie is now two years old, the variegation is yellow, lime and dark green. It seems that Maya too is a mutation of KBS. I will know more in a few weeks.

The variegation on this if very interesting. Do you have a close up of the leaves? I love variegated plants!

It's freckled. I like that(I think).

I have to make a closeup.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Monika, what color are the flowers?

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

a creamy peach. The flowers are smaller as of KBS but its blooms just as good. Ludger took a cutting home and it seems to root very well. Jeanne or Liz had a thread recently picturing Amarillo Paja. AP is KBS.

Monika, was this mutation a very slow grower. My mutation is so, so slow growing but doing well.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Love it!

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Its a slow grower. The normal green parts need to be watched. Otherwise they outgrow the mutation. The mutation had many blossoms this year and as it seems, a small seed pod.

Monika, mine doesn't have any normal green leaves. All the leaves are variegated white, lime green and yellow. I've brought it into the conservatory and watch it everyday. I'm doing my best to take really good care of it.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

So what do you do if the green parts outgrow the mutation? Just remove them?

I am sure glad, that you call the mother plant KBS. Ludger tried to learn me the long name, but my thounge curled backwards and then he told me that`s why he call it KBS and laughed. *LOL*

I love this Brug and I am very happy it rooted.

I´ve my Grazie in GH and she is doing very well.

The trust Monika gave to me ( with this cutting and the Rothkirch, lol ) is not to describe.
