I can't believe this Butterfly. every little node has a bud, and I mean right off the trunk! doesn't even let a little bit of stem grow. and the second one is below the Y!!!!

yes it is. i just picked a stem off butterfly about 6 inches from the ground. not many buds on her, don't think she needs fertilizer.
That is the way my PB did second time around. Makes the branches a little heavy, but when you lift one to look.........I'm loving saying this........it looks like one of Monika's brugs.
I noticed one of mine doing that today.
