Amber Rose

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

this one is darkening at about the same speed as Spring Peach, so I expect it to be as dark or close. 2nd day flower.

oh TiG your flowers are coming out spectacular this year!!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Love the shape and long tendrils.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

looks like spring peach doesn't it? in the pic anyway.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

it does, and the way it's looking it will change as much. The shape on SP held all day, this droops just a teeny bit. More recurve at night.

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

How'd you get all the good ones?? They are all spectacular, beautiful even!!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

LOL!! I have very loving friends.

Its very, very lovely. :) It looks longlasting. Is the flower walls thick on AR?

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Both of these are awesome.

You take very flattering pictures Tig. Thanks for posting this one for me.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

I loved that one TiG. A nice soft color.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

not too bad for a cheapie camera:) fortunately I have good things to point it at.

Tig, it's a beauty. You must be Queen of the Blooms now.

Eric did an excellent job hybridizing Amber Rose.

just trying to keep up with the changes here. the peach stripe goes all the way to the calyx. 3rd morning. it isn't as dark as Spring Peach but is in more sun. wonder if that makes a difference?

TiG,
I have one of those by Eric. Its stays that color, very delicate pink.

I should add that this one had a flush of 6 flowers for its first bloom unlike an Isabella cross, and it has lots of smaller buds too. The first Isabella hasn't opened yet.

mine wound up a lot darker than this picture but not as dark as Spring Peach, which has the same markings.
