Am I doing Something Wrong?

Mukwonago, WI(Zone 5a)

One of my Brugs has finally begun to open. While the plant has many buds, these first few blossoms appear to be all wrinkled. Is there something I've missed doing or providing that would cause this appearance? Or is this the way it should look? Could it be diseased? OH..I hope someone can give me a few tips; as I want to be able to take some cuttings from it to grow during our horrible winters.

Oh yeah, its sick, send it to me,NOW

CC...Really? You don't think there is anything wrong w/ the thing? I just sent cuttings from it to someone and would feel horrible if I included a virus or something.
I will be taking cuttings soon (if it turns out to be nothing bad) and could take extras...if you're interested.

Don't question why she needs to be so free
She'll tell you it's the only way to be

Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday

I wasn't too worried about the one you sent me. It looked good as far as I was concerned. Thanks. By the way, how many pictures have you posted here? I don't remember seeing any before and your photo has already been selected as Photo of the day for the newsletter. You better start snapping pictures and get back here more often.
