Bun cake, Bread pudding like

Here is another recipe from me, the queen of fast and simple good stuff.
Did you ever go to a picnic and have leftover buns (hamburger or hotdog)
Here is something to do with them....easy, and tastes like bread pudding..SHOCKED ME!!

grease a small casserole dish

Place buns face down in dish (3 buns, tops and bottoms)

In separate bowl, mix together:
1 stick melted margarine or butter
4 eggs
2 Cups milk
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 teasp. vanilla
Cinnamon

beat well and then pour the mixture over the buns. You should have enough to just cover them. Sprinkle your desired amount of cinnamon on the top.

bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
