It is a beauty. Could I get in line for a cutting when it gets bigger. Mine I had purchased turned out not to be an Arborea, so I am still looking for one.

it's beautiful arlene. how is it doing in the heat? what kind of light is it in?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

this was the first day it really opened, but it was overcast most of the day. i put unknown pink pollen on it....long story, basically just for ms kell..... (it's very very light pink, very large bloom). it's in a pot with my other pots in front of the low oak branches, in sun til maybe 2 o'clock, but i run the sprinklers between 11-2 sometime every day cause the ones in posts will droop if i don't.
didn't she take a good pic?
waterloo, not sure when i'll have cuttings, hopefully it'll start growing faster when the weather cools.
i expected the flowers to be bigger and more fragrant than they are.

I love the shape of arborea blooms. Great picture!!

Arlene, the arboreas only cross with sanguineas. I think Monika got one to cross once with something else but then it died. Do you need sanguinea pollen?

brugcrazy, thanks i don't know when it'll bloom again. was gonna see if kell had pollen when brugman suggested i try butterfly. i was tired and it was dark, i used the closest pollen on it!

Well Arlene, wishing you luck. You never know what will happen. It would be amazing if you got seeds.
