We brought this one home

Lutz, FL(Zone 9b)

Arlene had Paul dig this one up. We barely got it in the truck it is so big. It is now planted in the new 'brug bed', looking a bit droopy. It's a huge double flower with a lovely fragrance. I'll try to get a good picture of the new bed when the sun moves around a bit more. Thanks Arlene!
What is this one called?

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

Very pretty, can't wait to see pic's of the brug bed...

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Another pretty white. Arlene is certainly a sweetie.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Floridian, that bloom looks good!!! it should adjust pretty quickly, especially if it stays cloudy a couple more days. that is the candida double white, i call stuffed double, sometimes the second skirt will drop out. it's a good bloomer, hope you enjoy.

whoever took that picture should enter it in the contest.

This is the brug Paul fell for the hardest! LOL. We put this and another as yet unknown brug in, some Blue Daze, a native Beardstongue, a coleus and another small unknown wildflower (weed probably) in the bed so far. Now he wants to get married in this garden instead of the gardens on the
other side of the house. Brug addiction...tsk tsk!

I love this one for the way some of the tendrils go up and others go down. I've tried so hard to take just the picture you took. it's wonderful. and does keep on blooming.

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Oh, to live where they could grow all year.

Lutz, FL(Zone 9b)

Thanks for all the good wishes. Do you suppose it will be blooming in mid April? You're right TLynn, that would be pretty. Do they last as cut flowers at all? Everything looks good this morning. The tree people are here doing my oaks. They look so much better already. Y'all have a great day!

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Floridian, it seems to bloom pretty much all the time, my guess is there's a good chance it'll be blooming. you sure take good pics.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Hate to say it, but most brugs do not last when cut for the vase. Sure too bad. I'd love to have the fragrance in the house. Best wishes for a long and happy life together.
