This one was resting up for this show!! She got too tall earlier, the wind broke her in the early summer, and now she is making up for it. I've got a couple of pods on her from last blooming.

I can just see it Cala - LOL - when the kids think you've lost it, you really have. Now all you need is a miners light, for those night shots.

Liz, I'm trying to invent something to hold the corolla open so I have one hand to squeeze the corolla tube(thanks Eric, I'd have never thought of that)to separate the anthers from the stigma, and one hand to apply the pollen with a brush. Now, I have to take my thumb and hook into the corolla, and squeeze with the fingers.

Nooooo!! I look so silly. I'm always afraid someone is sneaking around just to do that!! When I'm out pollinating the brugs I keep looking around to see if anyone is looking. I know the dentist next door(and his patients too, but hope they can't remember much after the gas wears off) thinks I've gone off the deep end.
