Thanks for the warm welcome! I live in the oldest town in Oklahoma in a house that was built around 1860. I acquired many varieties of plant life (many are not supposed to survive in our zone). It is a pleasure and adventure just discovering what is growing in the yard. "Taming the jungle" is a phrase that comes to mind. We have identified over 100 different flowers in the yard. Gardening at the "Fort" is an ongoing project that really has no end.

Welcome Debsbloom from another newbie to DG. Everyone here is so nice and there's lots of good information here. Still haven't had a chance to look at everything yet. Jan.
