Rosalie and Rosabelle already look perfect the way they are. Supposedly I have Rosenrot, Adora,Pink Beauty, Pink Delight about to bloom, as well as insignis pink, the ever popular Frosty (LOL) assorted apricots and peaches. Any suggestions on which ones I should use the DR pollen on? Also - heart fluttering - LÁmour pollen?
Many thanks Tonny!
Dark Rosetta pollen??
Guess you will have to flip a coin, you sure have some good ones.

If I had those plants ready to bloom and that pollen to work with I'd be spinning in circles out in the yard wondering which way to go. LOL
If you have enough blooms, I'd try a couple of each. Of course, then you have to figure out how to grow the seeds later, but what fun waiting to see what you are going to get. I'd definitely use L'Amour. Pink Beauty has Ocre in her, so she might throw some yellow seedlings. Your guess is as good as mine, but have fun, I sure would. :-)
Liz, I `lost memory of how much I send, but I hope you will have enough for a few good crosses. Personally I would ad DR on the suaveolenses you mention or hybrids with strong suaveolens influence and L`Amour on the pink with strog aurea or x candida influence. I don`t remember L`Amours parents, but when I look at the flowers I think I see suaveolens in them and maybe RK. This is only guesswork and if I had the time right now I would of course have looked it up. Its just suggestions and you don`t nessecerely have to like them. As with Monika and Mrs Blin preferences can be different and very often are. That`s a good thing. It give us more difficult Brugs to play with. *LOL*
snow, you nailed it right on the head. I am spinning in circles. LOL. I just don't want to waste anything.
Oh to have your problem!! One of these days, lol. For now, I'm sticking L'Amour pollen on anything pink.
well, the first thing I did was take a tiny bit to candida flore plena. I couldn't resist.
Now Liz, that sounds like a most excellent cross.
sounds like a dream come true liz! especially all those special pinks you already have. my "rosa trauma" adora has shot up out of no where and has buds.
i wonder if i could apply for a government grant to get the money to raise 4 acres of brugs in neat little rows?
Arlene, my RT, AKA Adora has the fattest calyx I've ever seen. Can't wait for it to bloom. Hope you have a great weekend.
thanks brugie, i am determined to have fun!!! gonna do some serious "shovel pruning". i hate to in a way, but gotta make room for my new babies!!!
