I discovered something. My only in-the-ground brug is a Dr. Seuss....it is about 6 ft. tall now and umbrella shaped. Has had several great flushes of flowers.
Summer is a record hot and dry one here, and I thought 10 gallons of water per week was enough for it. WRONG! To keep it from wilting, I finally gave it about 80 gallons of water the other night. Has not wilted a bit in our 95 deg. hot sunshine since then.
Gotta water them deep or they will weep:) Spare the water and spoil the brug:)
