The first bud snapped off somehow. On Sun morn. the next bud opened. Its a lovely creamy yellow, triple. I was so excited. I admired it this morning, and was planning to take a pic to post. This afternoon, the pot it is in was so dry the leaves and that great bloom were all drooping. I watered it like crazy. It looks to have perked back up almost straight out to the point to were it orig. was. I'll try for another picture in the morning. This is the first time I have ever tried to grow them, and I was so excited. I thought I had somehow killed it. There are many more buds on it, but after the first one snapped off, I got a little discouraged. After seeing this flowering bud this morning, I think I am hooked for life.

My triple yellow really bloomed this year and now the double white is going to town. Have to say that my double purple/white didn't fare so well. My favorite flower was datura about three or four years ago and then Ruby_T gave me my first brug. Well......I'm totally hooked on brugs, but there is always a place in a garden for datura too.
