Take a picture looking up. I was so glad everyone was gone from the garden center when I did this too. I'm also glad I got back up!!! This is versicolor peach and shows all the various stages of color pretty good.

Kell, I found that I can sit on the lowest step of my little step ladder thingie to pollinate. Those gravel in the path are rough on ones knees when you have to kneel down to reach the bloom to apply pollen.

Great picture Cala. VP is a pretty plant. Especially if you don't have beetles eating up the blooms. I didn't realize how pretty a picture would be from the bottom looking up until I saw some of Monika's. I like to see some of them this way.

Calalily my dig cam has a video viewer to see your pic right after taking it..if I don't like it I go back and delete it.

that's the beauty of digital camera :)! if u don't like the result of 1st shot, one can always come back and take another one. i do take several shots in different angles to be sure i have a nice shot at hand. otherwise, i go back and take more until i get the 'perfect' shot.
I just got a new card for my camera so now I can take over 200 pics in one sitting, so I just put my camera under and keep clicking as I move 1 inch over , frontward, backward, the another inch over etc etc............... then download and take a look at what I got!
