Hi,
Here is a picture of my Versicolor Orange blooms, two days old. They will get darker yet. I don't know why the one bloom had to hang so low, but since it is pretty anyway, I left it there. This plant nearly died this summer so I feel fortunate to have any blooms on it.
It must be the time for them to bloom, mine are getting pretty now too. Glad you didn't lose this one, it's pretty and I think they smell best of all the brugs.(except maybe L'Amour, it's got a soft sweet scent)
Beautiful Shirley! I am getting some more getting ready to open in the next few days. Guess I should change it from just brugmansia to Versicolor Orange. Mine all got pretty deep color. Wish the Versicolor Peach I have would bloom. Thanks for posting.

I am so glad that this one made a come-back. It is such a pretty color. It is amazing to see it now after it was so close to being gone.

I think she was fooling with us ,just so we'd let our guard down and she could enter all the awesome pictures in the contest!
