Apparently, I haven't been receiving email from some of my friends in Dave's Garden recently. Indeed, I've checked my Outlook Express Inbox, and I haven't received my newsletter since September 5th.
We are on cable modem through GCI, and their tech support said that the sender should be receiving a mail return notice, and I don't think that has been the case. GCI did have a loss of service about that time, but everything else seems to be back on line. I can send out messages, and it seems they are being received, I can receive local messages, and I have no problem accessing the web. Anybody have any ideas?
