I have a couple of brugs that have looked great and had blooms, then lost their leaves and looked awful, and then started growing new leaves and looking great again....and setting new buds now again.
Is this normal for brugs?? One is a Dr. Seuss and the other is Jamaican Yellow.

Owen..my Jamaica yellow always drops leaves and buds..
Mine does too.It is starting new leaves now.I thought it was the heat.
Lots of water, that's the secret. Even if they don't wilt, they can get just dry enough for the lower leaves to yellow and fall. It can happen fast in this 90* weather we've been having, especially if the wind is blowing.(did y'all see my yellow bottom leaves?)
Did they have mites, that will make them lose their leaves too.
no mites on mine. bloomed then lost ALL the leaves; then got them back and setting tiny buds again now.
