The man gave to my husband when he was looking for the parts and all he said this is Datura pod and he forgot to ask what color the flower are. On the bottom is crack. I wish to know what is it flower color. Oh well!

I can`t tell you, if its a single or double/triple, but from the many "rooms" in the Datura pod it could very well be a double. It is also likely, that it will be either white, creme or yellow. These have green pods with green or violet spines. The purple flowered varieties have purple or violet pods and spines. btw. Its D. metel. :-)
It is ok as soon it dry seeds and will plant two seeds to let it grow to see what's up. =)
It looks like my triple yellow datura seed pods. I know that they are not the white triple, or the triple purple datura. Here is a picture of what mine looks like, it's wrapped in stockings to catch the seeds.
