Yeaaaaa!!!! I'm so excited my incense finally has buds all over it I just hope they open before it gets too cold. I've been waiting all summer for it to bloom. In the mean time I've just been drooling over everyone elses'pictures!!!

Congratulations!! If you're going to get a light frost before it blooms, just toss a blanket over it for the night.

Mine has been in Full bloom all summer, best bloomer for me, out of all the P. Flwrs. Love it!

Mine has been so-so, but it's small. I think Amethyst is the best bloomer, blooms year round in the greenhouse. Blue Bouquet is a good bloomer as is Star of Cleavendon. Of course the little flowered ones like Sanguiolenta, Capsularis and Foetida hirsuta bloom non stop too. I love the small flowered ones in 12" hanging baskets, they do great.

I planted my incense I think in may, I also have 2 maypops, that have been blooming for a month. this is my first year with any of them, what do you guys feed yours??? I've not given them anything all year, maybe thats the reason it's taken so long too bloom.

The passiflora society recommends feeding Bloom Booster since they need phosphorus instead of more nitrogen.

I feed 15-30-15, sometimes double it. Have had Incense for 3 yrs. Big plant.

Mine will be big one day. I bought some 20-30-20 today, on sale.

I gave all of my passifloras a good dose of 15-30-15 this afternoon, I hope they feel better now!!!
