OK, here it is. I didnt realize that something had munched on it so bad. I cut some of the branches out of the top, trying to make it grow.

and you don't know what's wrong with it??

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Nope, no mites, no virus.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

which one is this?

Cala is this the same hybrid Liz has been posting on being sick? Don't other hybrids revert back sometimes? I bought a small cell pack of geraniums last year, and one of the plants grew up to have red blooms and pink blooms on the same plant, it was neat, but that was how they explained it when I took it to show them.

Pearlmutt X EP. I have it's sibling, 6 feet tall and normal.

isn't this weird?? 3 seeds in 3 different environments?? something is going on.

I know Culebra doesn't have mites either, but it is really sick too. Don't know what to do with it. Hoping it will grow new leaves. At least you do have one of the seedlings up to six foot. That has to be exciting just waiting for the first bloom.

Cala, how big is this one?? I finally did repot mine today, and the roots look healthy, but not growing. I hope I don't lose it.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Hmm - interesting!

The roots are healthy. This one is about a foot tall, maybe. I had 3 other seedlings, they Yed when they were about an inch tall, made all kinds of little branches at the top and were about 2 inches tall. They finally died.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

oh Cala, that's what mine is doing. looks real healthy but did just that. mine's about 4" tall now though.

Herbstein, Germany(Zone 5a)

Maybe I should repeat the cross and germinate the seeds to see whats coming up.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Monika, yes, do that so we will know if its something we're doing.

I have one plant about 4 feet tall that is looking weird and 3 small ones that multi branched at a few inches and look very sick. They've been sprayed with Keltane, shouldn't have mites. I have another one that's 3 feet tall and in a different part of the garden and it looks fine.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

same cross??

Yup. I sent out those seeds to Cala and Liz.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

right, just wanted to make sure someone is keeping notes of all this!!! can't wait to see what the outcome will be.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

OK, the little teeny branches I took from the top are rooted, so it's not sick. I'll pot them up tomorrow and see how they do.
