Bat Leaved passiflora

These little flowers are odd. I think they stay open more than one day. I haven't gotten fruits to form on this one. I'm pretty sure I got this one from Tim.

Susie,
It's it cool the way the tip is loaded with buds?

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Yes, it's neat. If the big ones did this, they would overload the branch.

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

The buds on mine opened today. These are just too cool!!
My citrina is getting ready to open too, can't wait, been waiting for this one to do something.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

That is cool!

Is this one fragrant? Did I read that it has a stinky smell?

Palmyra, VA(Zone 7a)

No, this one does not stink. It's P. foetida that has the stinky smell.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Tim, I have a foetida hirsuta and it's not stinky, but the white/purple one smells bad.

Chipley, FL(Zone 8a)

The one that stinks to high heaven is Sunburst!

Cala, what a great closeup...........what kind of camera do you have?

Just a Fuji Fine-Pix with close up and zoom.
