Rumor has it that pigs are supposed to be down to terribly pathetic low prices again this winter. We will probably buy some hogs directly from the producers. Anyway, I thought it might be fun to experiment with making my own sausage (the ground pork kind). Anyone have any good recipes? What is in chiorizo (sp?)?
