The crust:
1 # of oreos crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
*Crush cookies, mix in butter and press on the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan.
The filling:
1/2 gal. of Vanilla Ice Cream, sliced thin
1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
*Ice cream is easier to cut when frozen solid
toast pecans in oven for a few minutes at 250*
Slice ice cream and put over the pie crust. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. Return pie to freezer.
The topping:
2 cups powdered sugar
1&1/2 cups pet milk
2/3 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cups butter
1 tsp. vanilla
*Prepare sauce in a heavy sauce pan over low heat. Mix sugar, milk, chips and butter. Bring to a slow boil for 8 minutes, stir constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Let cool and spread over pie. Freeze well before serving.
*Don't even think of the calories and fat. :-)
