c. Ursaline x v. Cuba 2nd flush

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

The first flower on this was an off white color. This 2nd flush has changed to a blend of light and darker orange.

That's a pretty one Snow. Are ya gonna keep it? I have some buds coming on a few of my seedlings now. I don't think they'll have time to open tho. Not sure what I'm gonna do... I won't have room to bring them all in.

Matthews, MO(Zone 6b)

This is a very pretty one, too. Still crossed here!

Geez, I wish I could see it. I don't have any trouble seeing any of the pictures except yours. Don't know what the difference is, but this is so dark, all I can see is the outline of the bloom. Remember the bear picture.....total darkness for me. Everything I tried, didn't work. Bet this is really pretty. Think I'll go to the contests area and see if there are problems with me seeing pictures there.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

This picture is dark anyways Brugie. Do you have a contrast control on your moniter?

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

This is a darker picture. Had to take it in this program because I was looking up into it with the bright sky above.
Poppy, I may keep a cutting or try cutting it in half and keep the upper half. This is over 9 feet and way to big to bring in.

Sue, my whole system will be replace as soon as it arrives. Just ordered a new Gateway outfit last night. My monitor has been adjusted until I can get no more light out of it. Decided I better be able to see the pictures entered in the contest so I can help Hibiscus, tiG, and Dave do some judging. :-)

Good for you Brugie. I'm in need of a new puter too. I don't expect this one to last much longer. If I should happen to drop off the face of the earth ya'll will know what happened to me.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

That is what I was worried about here, Sue. Too many freeze ups and strange noises. Can't be without my daily brug fix at Daves, so I knew I had to do something before I was left high and dry.

So glad to hear you're getting a new computer Brugie. With the amount of time we spend on it we have to have something reliable. You're going to love it.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I've had this one for almost 4 years and have nearly worn it out. Added hard drive and memory and still it gives me fits. I'm sure I'll enjoy something faster.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Snow can you compare this flower with another orange for me? ended up with a lot of color for first flush white!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Arlene, this flower is strange. Starts out off white and then the tube of the flower starts to turn a light orange color. After about 4 days the whole flower has turned the orangy color. The color seems to change on it everyday.
