Our beloved cat Kiki died this morning at 9:30 AM. She had been diagnosed with intestinal cancer since early spring of this year but was battling that very well. She got an infection in her eye which the vet thought was from a bad tooth so we let them put her under anesthesia to fix the tooth. It turned out not to be a dental problem but she never truly recovered from the ordeal. She died at home in the arms of those who loved her. She was my best friend for the past 11 years and I will miss her always.
