Help with these Hibiscus

I was just at the little teeny nursery where she was throwing out Disco Belle Hibiscus.. I got five of them for free. HELP what do I do now..there are dead stalks but all this new life is emerging

Cut back the dead, and pot up. Check the roots, they may be able to be divided. Sounds like they're root bound.

Oh you lucky girl Artymiss! I have one plant of Disco Belle..three years old now..and this year it is blooming like crazy..everyone who comes to see my garden asks what it is..and are drawn to it. It is hardy here in Zone 5.. it dies back in the winter..I cut off the stalks....the new growth is slow to emerge in the spring but then takes off nicely.
