With the viruses being spread on the web, especially those which forge e-mail headers and masquerade as coming from someone other than the actual victim, it's good to know a little about reading those long headers at the beginning of e-mails. Most of us have our e-mail program set to hide them, so you'll have to consult your e-mail program's documentation to see how to reveal all that good gobbledygook.
