Lima Bean 'Dixie Speckled Butterpea' (Phaseolus lunatus)

Spicewood, TX(Zone 8b)

I live on a dirt road, so the leaves have a bit of dust on them, but the contrast between the new growth and the older is still evident. This plant was a "volunteer" from last year's dropped seeds and has thrived despite neglect from me ~ maybe water every other week since the second week of July (it's August 29 as of this writing). This is Texas, so it's strange for this plant to be so healthy despite all that!

Common name: Lima Bean 'Dixie Speckled Butterpea'
