LOL Cala. You might beat me. I think mine is done growing and you only have over 1/2" to go to beat it.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Wow! what a pod!! . . is this usual? I had no idea a seedpod would get that long.

FSH, TX

Mines twice that size.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Wow Eric, Is that on a DrD or another one?

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

OK - I fold. LOL

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I've been a truck driver too long....I just thought about what the guys at work would be saying something like that about

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Poor Liz, ya gotta keep a poker face. Don't fold yet.

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Don't feel sorry for me - I have aces up my sleeve.
(can't play poker but can watch movies) LOL
Learned how to play pool really well in Catholic boarding school though. AH - the old days!

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Jesh, the only thing I learned when I went to a Catholic school was I'm not allowed to write left handed, never stayed for pool lessons.......

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

In the boarding schools they give you pool tables to keep you out of trouble. No problem though - you only get out on holidays with your parents. I went to boarding school in Montreal - my parents lived in Vancouver. 4000 miles makes for really long weekends.
And they didn't like that I'm left handed. not LOL.
The place I went to in the 60's had helicopters landing on what seemed like a regular basis to take kids away as South American governments fell. Scary stuff.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Wow!! Cala, that is some pod. All my pods are just babies yet. Going to be a long fall and winter waiting on them.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

WOW,that is scarry!

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Brugman . . . twice as long or twice as wide?? Are you serious . . I cannot imagine a seedpod that big and if so what kind is it?

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Yes - that's where I was during the Bay of Pigs, the Kennedy assassination, being up the road from NY city - it's where I learned to dive under a desk. Rough times.
BACK TO BRUGS - wait until you see who parked behind my brugs this week. (close enough) Probably have to go to the photo forum. There is a Florida connection.

(Zone 5a)

I'll see that bet Cala and raise you three as soon as I learn how lol.
You ladies and gents just amaze me with your plants.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)
