I would like to make a trade of hybrid daylilies for a good start of large, tall, purple leaf cannas. I am wanting the tropical look around the swimming pool. Also am looking for gingers, and anything else tripical but that will withstand the winters with mulching....I don't want to have to dig up or drag inside durning the winter, even if it is south Louisiana... Thanks

But they are way over 8 ft. tall right now so would have to wait until first frost to send or could cut them back if you want them to ship now. I also have gingers,Umbrella Palm (gets about 4 ft. tall), and bananas as well as several different varieties of Taro (Elephant Ears). I only wish that I lived in your zone so I wouldn't have to bring so many things into the greenhouse over the winter!
