LBJ brug seeds.

Just wondering if any of you folks have gotten any nice colored plants from LBJ brug seeds??

I had one bloom so far...very pale yellowish...not a keeper for me. Have a Rosa Traum x ? from LBJ seed that is going to be blooming in a couple of weeks, and possibly another yet this fall. Hoping for a nicely colored one:)

mine haven't bloomed yet. And their RT turns out not to be, the plant anyway, so the seeds probably aren't either. If you get something great, I want to be first in line!!!

That's where Whiskers came from...a seed from LBJ's.

Owen, I've had two different crosses from them open so far and one is white and the other is off white. So far the white one is a keeper because I like the shape of it but I'm not impressed with the other. Arlene has one too and it came out a yellowish I think.

So seeds are getting out of LBJ, I ordered plants months ago and haven't gotten them. Has anyone got plants this year from LBJ?

I think these seeds where sent a while back.

Tracey I don't think anyone has gotten plants, I could be wrong. If they have it hasn't been any of the hard to get ones.

I got my seeds back in the winter.

Will keep you all in mind for cuttings if I get anything decent enough to keep:)

Tracey, These were seeds from last year. There are others in the same boat as you though that never got there order. It sounds like they have outright lied to you though.

Well I don't feel so bad then I got conformation of shipment a couple of times but still no plants, I think they lost a propagation in the winds out there. I don't know, I was just sick over not getting the order.

confirmation of shipment isn't the same as confirmation of delivery. Did they refund your money?? is it just them saying they shipped or USPS or UPS???

tiG, I think they told her the plant were being shipped out. Even told her they had buds on them.

Tracey join the LBJ club. and if you call and press them for a date you get canceled................ or at least I did and a friend also. They seem to tell you they are on the way just to get you hot with anticipation so the fall into despair will be that much more precipitous!

same with Native Habitat. :( that's more than okay though, cause I just know the seeds coming from this group will outdo anything either of them have, and they will be named right.

I got seeds from LBJ last year. I'm still waiting on my plants(oh, no need to wait, I forgot, she sent me an ugly email and cancelled my order) I've only gotten white and off white blooms from the seedlings.

I didn't know there was a club, where do I sign-up? It will be ok. I have learned a very hard lesson, I got really excited when I was told they were shipping a couple of times, you know ran out made sure my pots were ready, then let down, like stood up for a date.
I haven't been charged as far as I know, I placed a really large order and they didn't know what was in stock, (order from TN ships From CA) to charge me I guess.
Thanks to some very good people here who, I am going to owe big time, next year will be great! I only have 1 child, but lots of animals I can send, they love to dig in flower beds...

Thanks for all the replies my friends:) Looks like chances are more than likely that my LBJ seeds will produce whitish colors.....will know within another 6 weeks anyway.

LBJ has been disappointing a lot of people....including myself. They need more quality control and more honesty in dealing with their customers, in my opinion. I am through with them and their broken promises! They sure don't know how to build a clientel.

Don't worry, we all take care of our friends first, don't we:) Just wish I had something other than Jessie Noel, HG, Dr. Seuss, and Versicolor Peach to get cuttings from:)

No evidence of any flowers on mine yet let alone a Y. At first they grew fast and now they are the slowest growing plants of all of my seedlings. They have'nt even reached 2 feet yet. Mine all have very velvety leaves much like Lambs Ears fuzzy feeling.
