It was peeking out tonight. I'm anxious to see it open. I forgot to check on White Pearl X Big. We'd just had a storm and I was checking to see that no pots turned over. I was really worried about Pink Beauty, but she stayed upright. A nice customer had a 25 gal. pot that she didn't want, so I have it now! Should I move PB if it has seed pods? It's in a 17gal pot now, but is hard to keep moist.
I also checked on the dark green one. One of the corollas was sticking out pretty good, but alas it looked yellow.
Gold TraumX's bud
can't wait to see it.....Make it open NOW!
I told it to "Open dam*it" and it didn't listen.
Cala, Have kell sing to it. :)
We want it to open Snow, not run out the door, lol.
She will be on a roll after reading this thread. I am yelling from here Cala, for that bloom to open. Can't wait to see what it is going to look like. Kell, sing quietly, please......... :-)
Ooops sorry, you're right. It just might send that little bloom right back in the calyx.LOL
Where is Kell tonight?
oh no!! does this mean she has a real life???
evidently not real enough!
I can just imagine my little brug bloom looking like Kim's pepper. Poor little fellow, I'll go talk sweet to it in the morning.
Is it open yet? :)
What's it's opening color?
Gold. It's not open much farther today. I will have to quit watching it, lol.
Patience is your second name, isn't it?? LOL. Nu-skin doesn't help here does it.
HA!!! Oh yeah, I'm known for my patience!! Nu-Skin didn't help the buds that the storm tore off of my other brug either. Now I know how TiG feels. I tried to hydrate them and hope they will open, but think it's hopeless. It looks like it might storm again, so keeping my fingers crossed.
Cala, I sure hope it opens for you before another storm. I'm losing patience too as all I've got blooming are various yellows, double whites, Apricot Queen. I have lots of buds on a lot of different pinks but no blooms so far.
Anyone know why the buds on Charles Grimaldi grow so much more quickly than other brugs. They seem to grow and open in a few days when others take almost a month.
