Fly spray

This recipe was recently posted on NubianTalk.It's cheap and it works so I thought some of you could use it.
Larry's Fly Spray
1 part liquid soap
1 part vinegar
2 parts water
Ann made up a small spray bottle full.We lightly sprayed the goats,guard dog and barn.That was 4 days ago and so far
no more flies.I don't know whether this kills or repels but I do know the flies are gone.I am going to try this on the vegetables next.
I have no idea who Larry is but certainly do thank him for posting the recipe.
