Uh Oh, Pie Dough

What do you think will happen?
I planned to make peach pies and ran out of flour. Steve ran to the store as I was in the middle of peeling the peaches. He bought self-rising flour by mistake. Well I didn't want him to make another run, so that is what I used. The pies are now in the freezer.
What will they be like when baked???
Will the crust rise 3" or what LOL!
