Stupidly, I was so excited at getting my brand new jelly jars and canning jars and rings and lids when shopping in town today that I forgot to get paraffin. Does anyone have a refrigerator lime marmalade recipe that doesn't need paraffin?
Limes will probably keep until early next week, but I just don't feel like spending gas money for another trip to town, or melting down candles; I can always do a pickled/preserved lemon recipe with the limes if necessary. Or, if it stays hot, lime ice with some of them.
