Help for an elderly relative

Benton, KY(Zone 7a)

My Uncle Charles is 85 years old and although his mind is still sharp..his body is failing him.

About all he has left that he can do is use his computer, and now that is becoming increasingly difficult. His hands shake uncontrolably, and while it is not Parkinson's...there's still nothing that they can do to control it.

He can't type...even with one finger, and he can't use a mouse very well either. Is there anything out there that can help him? A different keyboard or mouse? Voice control?

He's not rich, but is quite able to purchase about anything within reason that will work.He just doesn't want to spend money and have a useless piece of equipment.

I know that disabled people use computers every day,but we are not very close to a large city that might have a place that would specialize in this technology.

Can anyone give us some suggestions as to what might work?
