Suavenolens pod

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

This is on my un named white suavenolens.I have no idea what pollinated it.I took this picture last week. Its even bigger now.

The things that were blooming were:
Isabella(closest)
my pink un named (Isabella looking)
my yellow un named( may be CG)

So if the pod can reflect who da daddy is....who could it be?

Does that mean Chucks the daddy?Has he been fooling around on me?

I think he has CC.

i think pods look like the mom, with the possible exception of candida.

I keep hearing conflicting information about that.I was under the assumption that the pod was one way to identify the mother plant. Then it was said that the pod can take on the shape of the daddy(which I think is weird)

Has anyone noticed differnt ,really different pods on the same plant?

i haven't but i am limited. brugman was the one i got that from. if i can remember, monica posted a pic of a candida with 2 different shaped pods, and i am pretty sure she told me that only happened with candidas. will take a quick look.

I did notice a difference in size of pods. I had a SG with 5 pods on it. Two of the pods which had been crossed to Isabella were huge. The other three were crossed to EP and were much smaller with much less seeds.
